Last updated: June 17, 2026

Agreement to terms. By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise accessing CPE Zone (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for the accuracy of any professional information (e.g., name, license, NASBA Registry ID) you supply for use on your certificates.

2. The Service

CPE Zone provides nano continuing professional education courses, including AI-narrated slides, server-side seat-time tracking, final assessments, certificates of completion, and optional LinkedIn publishing. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

3. CPE credit rules

  • Credit is granted only when you (i) complete the slides in order, (ii) accrue at least the required minimum seat time on the server, and (iii) pass the final assessment at 100%.
  • Certificates are issued automatically and identify the sponsor, field of study, credits, and completion date. You are responsible for reporting credit to your state board or credentialing body.
  • Attempting to bypass seat-time tracking, share assessment answers, or otherwise misrepresent your participation is grounds for revocation of credit and termination of your account.

4. Content creators

If you author courses, slides, narration scripts, or assessments, you represent that the content is yours or that you have all rights necessary to publish it, that it is accurate, and that it complies with NASBA QAS Nano Learning standards. You grant CPE Zone a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, transmit, render, narrate, and display the content within the Service.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) reverse-engineer or interfere with the Service; (b) probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without authorization; (c) circumvent rate limits, authentication, or RLS; (d) upload unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or malicious content; (e) use the Service to send spam or harvest data; or (f) use automated systems to scrape content.

6. Intellectual property

Except for content you submit, the Service and all related software, designs, and trademarks are owned by CPE Zone or its licensors. No rights are granted to you except those expressly set out in these Terms.

7. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third parties such as LinkedIn and ElevenLabs. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.

8. Payments & refunds

If a course or subscription is offered for a fee, the price and refund terms will be stated at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. CPE Zone does not guarantee that any specific state board or credentialing body will accept credit issued through the Service.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CPE ZONE AND ITS SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR USD $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CPE Zone and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these Terms or whose conduct creates risk for the Service or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-product or by email. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
